These lovely table lamps, dating from the mid-20th century are a perfect pair and would be ideal as bedside table lamps or as sweet table, mantle or shelf lighting in a kitchen or living room.
Produced and sourced in France, they have a leaf handle base with a sweeping extension coming off the back to an ornamental leaf handle, modelled after traditional 18th century chambersticks, designed to be picked up and moved room to room.
The base shape being ornate and leaf-shaped gives a distinct Rococo / Louis XV feeling. The top is made of frosted and cut glass in the style of hurricane lamp chimneys.
A very versatile pair. Corded EU plugs, awaiting conversion.
